Rates
 
A La Carte
All of our services are available a la carte, so you can pick and choose which services you require and when you need them.

Regular Errand &
Household Services
$40 per hour with a one hour minimum. Billing
in 15-minute increments thereafter.
 
House or Pet Sitting
$25 for each 30-minute visit. Regular Errand rate
applies if longer visit is desired or if both house
and pet sitting duties are performed in the same
visit.
 
Waiting Services (Home, Vehicle
& Pet Taxi)
$40 for the first hour with a one hour minimum.
Billed in 15-minute increments thereafter at a
rate of $25 per hour. Regular Errand rate applies
if other duties are performed while waiting.
 
Residential Concierge

is needed to make Mommy and Baby happy.

Our Household Management plan offers a new
and innovative approach to things like bill paying, laundry, dry cleaning, shopping, groceries, errands, scheduling repairs and all that comes with making
a household run smoothly and efficiently. All

*Queen City Concierge hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8am-8pm. Any services rendered outside of normal hours of operation may be subject to added fees. Queen City Concierge reserves the right to refuse any request it feels is unsafe, unlawful, or unethical. Services for monthly plans require payment in full before services are rendered. Hourly services are paid in advance by cash, PayPal or by checks made payable to Queen City Concierge. Any prices listed by Queen City Concierge are for services rendered by Queen City Concierge and do not include charges for third party vendors or merchandise purchased to complete a request. All personal and credit card information collected by Queen City Concierge will be gathered for the purpose of providing concierge services and billing the client for services rendered. At no time will the information be disclosed to a third party, except for the purpose of completing the client's financial obligation to Queen City Concierge. All errand rates include time from the beginning of the task and the first 15 miles of travel. Travel over 15 miles will be billed at a rate of $0.65 per mile.
